Great wine from the Uco Valley

Placed order on 30/5/25 to be delivered on 12/6/25 as it is a Fathers day gift. No delivery arrived on 12/6/25 despite receiving a text that day to say it was scheduled for same day delivery. It is now 2pm on 13/6/25 and tracking is still saying that it has been collected but is not showing out for delivery. Today is Friday it is meant as gift for Sunday. When I emailed to chase it I was told that the delivery was delayed and the courier SHOULD be able to deliver it by Sunday. Very poor customer service wont be ordering again.

I ordered and paid for 6 bottles of wine on April 27th. By the 6th of May I have received nothing and no response even though delivery is stated as 2-3 business working days. I tried contacting them via email and insta but no one has gotten back. Really poor service.

Updating this now.
I received an email a couple of weeks later offering next day deliver or money back. I got them to send the wine and received it the following day.

Delighted with wine, minor delivery problem but Neil is a good communicator and sorted it promptly.

Received as a 60th birthday present. My first 3 bottles of Portuguese white wine have been excellent. Looking forward to my next 3.

I have nothing negative to say about Box of Wine. All bottles were ones I may not have otherwise come across and of superb quality. The customer service from Neil was superb and he was most helpful in talking me through the process of securely changing my card details. He answered that email instantly with a phone call and took me through each step to help me navigate the website. I'm not normally one to give rave reviews, but Neil and his colleagues and employees deserve it. It really is a fabulous venture.

I have to say I really enjoyed the wines supplied. Each bottle was different and unique. We will be keeping our subscription. Even the delivery driver was super friendly

We really enjoyed the wine tasting evening on the 24th October. Neil was really knowledgeable and the wines were all lovely. It was a really pleasant evening and we came away with a little more confidence in knowing what we like and why!!
