Ordered (12th nov) and tracked delivery but shipment didn’t move anywhere for a week. No response when first contacting. On writing another email was told the item was lost in transit and another sent out (13th dec) - this was a Christmas present but not delivered until today (27th dec) and arrived poorly packaged in a damaged (crushed) box. Opened to find the picture tube had been crushed and left dents all down one side of the canvas. The picture is lovely (hence the extra star) but no idea how I can give as a present or display without seeing the dents!

Have been looking at buying through unfolded for a while and so glad I did. The pieces really do feel like great quality and the prices are amazing considering how great they feel. I’m trying to be more sustainable and ethical with my buying and I’m so happy I found them. I just need them to make longer trousers now!

Having been to other kitchen designers who seemed to just design what they thought was in style, Holly actually listened to our preferences and designed us the most wonderful space with so many thoughtful additions. Everything was so well communicated and we were kept up to date with every detail. Safe to say we are completely over the moon.
