Lost package, late re-delivery and damaged product.

Ordered (12th nov) and tracked delivery but shipment didn’t move anywhere for a week. No response when first contacting. On writing another email was told the item was lost in transit and another sent out (13th dec) - this was a Christmas present but not delivered until today (27th dec) and arrived poorly packaged in a damaged (crushed) box. Opened to find the picture tube had been crushed and left dents all down one side of the canvas. The picture is lovely (hence the extra star) but no idea how I can give as a present or display without seeing the dents!
