Absolutely useless company

If they miss you they don't leave any note about where you can find your package, instead, they keep it all the weekend and on Monday they drop it into a service point without telling you anything.
So you have to find your way around their website to figure out where the hell is your package. No emails, no notification, nothing.

Other times, they don't even ring the doorbell or they say you were not home when you were there waiting stupidly for them to arrive.

It's one of the worst companies that I have ever encountered, I think I will stop ordering things online because I don't want to deal with a company such incompetent as this.

Technical failures without a solution

I tried to have an online proctored exam, I checked and double checked all the settings in my computer both days before the exam and right before the check-in. I went through most of the steps ok with some hiccups but at the 89% progress point, the app claimed that there is a problem with my camera and could not continue. I double checked all settings, my internet connection, permissions to the camera, the firewall, etc. All of it, but nothing worked.

Contacted support and told me to close the app, download it and try again. By the time I tried to do that, the check-in window had already closed. They rescheduled it but I have a feeling it's not going to work. No explanations about what could have gone wrong, you just have to try again and see what happens.

My question is, why all the technical pre-checks if once you try the check-in you have different failures? There's no point in checking if once you do the exam you get a different error that you could not have foreseen.

Very bad experience.

They have no clue and not willing to help

2 customer service agents hanged up the phone on me when I asked a technical question about my router. I think if they don't know the answer they should just route me to the proper team or follow up by email, instead, I have the first one keeping me on the line and hanging up and the second one told me that I was doing something wrong, and not knowing the answer decided to hang up.

Terrible customer service, they seem to be clueless and not willing to help. Makes me have a very bad feeling about this company.

Scammers that will ghost you

I hired them to do some roof isolation work. They came one day and started working, although the guy had a sweater of a different company (Uw dak), shady stuff.

He installed the wrong isolation material (a cheaper one than the one I agreed to). I pointed this out and he didn't care. They told me that they were going to continue the next day but they did not come. Then, the following day they come unannounced, climbing the back wall without warning. That's actually trespassing and I could have reported them to the police.

He also manipulated a drain pipe and left it leaking without replacing it (as agreed per contract). I pointed all this by e-mail and at first they told me that they were going to give me money back but they never did and then started ghosting me. Several calls and e-mails later and no response, they did not compensate me for the wrong materials and cracking the drain pipe.

Total scammers and unprofessional people, they should be out of business.

Not bad but could be better

Not bad but could be better, first of all, their communication is not in English which makes thing more difficult.

Secondly, their fee is way too high, in my case they deducted 35% of the compensation, mafia style rates.

It's true that they communicated quickly although it was impossible to call them, they just use chats.

Mixed feelings about this company.
