They have no clue and not willing to help

2 customer service agents hanged up the phone on me when I asked a technical question about my router. I think if they don't know the answer they should just route me to the proper team or follow up by email, instead, I have the first one keeping me on the line and hanging up and the second one told me that I was doing something wrong, and not knowing the answer decided to hang up.

Terrible customer service, they seem to be clueless and not willing to help. Makes me have a very bad feeling about this company.
