Fabulous experience with Caddy Comps

Fabulous experience with Caddy Comps - won a set on Mizuno Pro T1 wedges which are lovely.
They were extremely nice and very prompt informing me of my win, with next day postage to top it off!
If you like your golf gear and a bit of fun, I would highly recommend Caddy Comps!

Dreadful

Dreadful. Left a very expensive item at the wrong house on the wrong road. Didn't knock on said door and left it on the doorstep with the gate wide open. We were very lucky to have noticed the van exiting the road after delivering to the wrong address.

1st class customer service!

I ordered a Srixon golf bag - after 3/4 rounds the stand wouldn't fully click back into place and would slightly open when being carried.
I contacted Clubhouse Golf customer service (Vijay) to ask who I report the issue to (then or Srixon direct), they advised that I should send them a picture/video of the issue and they would then liaise with Srixon.
Within 2 hours of sending a picture and description Clubhouse had forwarded this onto the manufacturer and a replacement bag has been offered.
First class service - I'll recommend and use again!

Dreadful communication

Dreadful communication. Engineer's arrived when stated but said they could not install due to duct issues. They informed me that another team would need to come and resolve the duct issue before they could then do the install. I haven't heard a word since. I ajbe called every day for 2 weeks only to be on hold and leave messages which have never been returned.
Do not touch this company. I'm cancelling my direct debit and terminating my contract.
