1st class customer service!

I ordered a Srixon golf bag - after 3/4 rounds the stand wouldn't fully click back into place and would slightly open when being carried.
I contacted Clubhouse Golf customer service (Vijay) to ask who I report the issue to (then or Srixon direct), they advised that I should send them a picture/video of the issue and they would then liaise with Srixon.
Within 2 hours of sending a picture and description Clubhouse had forwarded this onto the manufacturer and a replacement bag has been offered.
First class service - I'll recommend and use again!
