Terrible customer service

Ordered a 5 samples of wallpaper of wall paper and then a roll
of the required one. All
packaging correct, however, after starting to hang didn’t think it looked quite right, the sample was pewter and this was gold. Called to explain the situation and they couldn’t have cared less. No refund issued or correct colour sent. Won’t be using their services again.

I'm so sorry you feel this way, I can see that our team looked into this for you and that the correct roll of wallpaper was sent. They explained that wallpapers do have different batch numbers and that this may have been from a different batch to the sample you received so although it's the same wallpaper it may have had a slight tinge of difference.

Unfortunately you contacted us once the wallpaper was applied to your wall, this is why our team were unable to escalate this any further. If it hadn't been applied to your wall we could have looked into escalating this for you and tried our best to get a batch number that was right for you. I'm sorry you feel this way but I hope you can understand this from our point of view.
