Further update after arguing with the chat robot i asked for the CEO email and was put through to a human who was very helpful and refunded me. It's just a shame you have to argue with a robot to get help from a human.
Ordered a bag in December. I received a text from Evri saying delivery couldn't be made and to contact stradavarious. Evri won't provide any further updates and stradavaeious have not responded to any emails, can't find a phone number that works. Total shambles of a business. Will NEVER use them again.

I absolutely hate these cards. When I've used them at the check out they don't always work and they are a nightmare to use on line. They dont register properly and ifyou are at the checkout, already you are not then likely to try calling the customer service number.
Just give someone the money!

I purchased a retractable washing line and the post fastener as it wasn't clear the washing line came withbthe hook to connect it. When I returned the post fastener I was quoted £20 to collectbthe £24.99 item. I chose to return myself as this was cheaper £8.99 registered post and the charged me £5 anyway for returning the unused item to stock. Very good product but not impressed by the lack of transparency on returns. Would jot recommend as there are alternatives out there hopefully with a better service.
