The product is well made and my granddaughter loves it! it does take a lot of time to assemble which my daughter and son-in-law tackled one night. The end result is great.

The rugs arrived promptly and were in good condition. I was very happy with my selections.

Though I like the products, the non-return policy on final sale items when trying to exchange for another size is ridiculous. It is hard to always find the right size when ordering online.

I was on the verge of canceling my Fetch policy after my premiums almost tripled. I have been a client since 2016. I spoke to Sally Leonard who was able to make changes to my policy to make it more practical and affordable. She is professional and patient and was a great help in helping me find a solution to keep my two policies active.

The only suggestion is to double-check the sizes on the website and on the actual items. I have had a couple of incidents where the dress sizes were marked differently than what was on the website.

I signed up for the service and it was done the same week! The installer was efficient and careful with the plants in my garden. The sales rep Chris explained the product clearly.
I am happy with the look of the product and the fact that the work was completed so quickly.
