Good, but have had some delays

Used them a few times and generally happy with the service.

Have had some delays in the past ,but only one major one.

Pretty chaotic process locating the desk, correct agent etc

Poor support

Been a long term loyal customer. I missed a return deadline due to being on holiday. Have to sit on support chat for hours, for them to just stonewall me and tell me they can't help. Even when I say I am happy with Store Credit zzzz.

I won't be using them again.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. Luckily I read these reviews before handing over cash or paying extra fees

I lost £100 in the cancellation fee but I definitely saved thousands.

I will be filing a criminal complaint.

Avoid at all costs, pay a few extra pounds for O2

I have been without a phone for 3 weeks as they are a useless company with awful support.

I have been waiting for them to send me a document for 3 weeks and they cannot work out how to send a simple email. Avoid them at all costs.

Lack of quality control

Don't let their reply fool you. They gave me coriander plenty of times after I had listed it as an exclusion and reported it a few times.

As others have mentioned in their reviews - they do not respect your list of ingredients that you do not want included. Such as coriander for myself.

If you have allergies, I would be seriously concerned about using this service.

Avoid at all costs, disgusting service

We've been waiting over a month for them to install. They keep cancelling appointments, sending the wrong engineer etc. Now they need to install a faceplate before then can set up our system. Of course that means waiting for another engineering appointment. It's an absolute joke.

Seriously impacted our working and social lives with zero WiFi and TV.
