Very helpful and easy to deal with. There was a problem in the early days with connection but this was sorted out quickly and efficiently . It was a great tool and gave great peace of mind

Despite returning the scooter, through no fault of its own, I had a phone call to remind me that I could need to update the insurance if I continued to have possession of it. Friendly and caring staff who were helpful and understanding.
Very quick and efficient at dealing with order which arrived well packaged and on time. Bare root rose in excellent condition but the potted one had a very weak root system and I am hoping for the best - time will tell!
