This product has given us so much peace of mind when our mum would go out. It enables us to see where she is, she can call family immediately if she gets lost and we can call her through the device if she forgets her phone.

Also the staff are very approachable and have given us tech support when needed.

The gps tracker for my dad was fantastic.
It was very reassuring knowing we knew where he was all the time.
It helped us find him a few times when he got lost.
It’s very simple to set up and use I would recommend this to anyone looking at it .
Also the after sales when we had to cancel due to dad going into care was fast and very understanding.

The TechSilver SOS pendant enabled us to have peace of mind that Mum was ok while maintaining her independence after a dementia diagnosis.

I contacted TechSilver using their chat service as I wanted to cancel my subscription as I unfortunately no longer required their tracker. I received a response very quickly confirming the subscription would be cancelled. Very impressed with the service

I would highly recommend this tracker. I got it for my mum and put it on her keys which fortunately she always took with her. Not only was I able to quickly locate her, the history which pinpoints routes and time stamps on a map provided evidence for social work and medics that my mum was becoming increasingly vulnerable. She has recently gone into care but this tracker filled the gap before that happened and helped keep my mum safe. The customer service is excellent and I got tech support early on when the app was a bit glitchy. I would recommend using it with an air tag. Once you locate the person, the air tag is a bit more accurate with exact locations.

The GPS tracker was a great peace of mind for us as a family in keeping mum safe.

I spent several weeks looking for a tracking device for my mother which had geo-fencing capabilities, was waterproof, long battery life, had the auto call feature, and came with a locking strap. BINGO! This one checks all the boxes, so I ordered it, being very careful to keep all materials so I could return it (because it sounded too good to be true). We are thrilled with this device and mom even loves wearing it. Even being hard of hearing mom can hear me when I call her through the watch. I live 2.5 hours away from her and it calls me if she leaves the house AND also lets me know if she has left the safe zone. You can set up the alerts however you want them. I have called customer support three times and each time they have provided even more assistance than I called about. They can custom set the geo fencing perimeters for you also. I cannot begin to say how much stress this has taken off my plate of worrying about wandering outside since mom lives on a farm and wandering can be particularly dangerous. While some may be concerned with the initial cost of the watch, I consider it an investment in being able to keep mom at home as long as possible in a safe manner. It is certainly much less expensive than having to move to assisted living or memory care. I cannot recommend this enough!

Techsilver tracking device enabled me to keep my mother in the community for another 10 months which I am very grateful for. She has dementia and like to 'wander'. I was alerted when she left her accommodation and I could talk to her over the device and get her to return home. Unfortunately her dementia has progressed to the next stage where she needs full time secure care.

We had went through many different trackers for my Grandfather until TechSilver was suggested to us. It was the best tracker we had used and the customer service was great. The ability to call the tracker which answered automatically allowed us to listen into my Grandfathers movements and we could set up a geofence which would notify us when he had gone outwith the boundary so many yards from his home. This allowed us to let my Grandfather have a bit more freedom until the time came for long term care unfortunately. Would highly recommend this device for a relative who has dementia but is still mobile and needs to be kept safe.

I found Techsilver GPS tracker very useful for my husband, who has dementia. But now that he has gone into a care home and I have had to cancel the subscription they were very understanding.
