Customer service is rubbish.
Sent sent 4 messages no response.
Tried to track my order. But there is no information available.
Thankfully I went to paypal resolution center and received a full refund within minutes. Thank you paypal. Update. Absolutely amazing how you put a review on Trustpilot. Then the company want to reach out to you. My customer id is 18271512.
I placed an order with you. No response from you. And your tracking info is useless. I have been a good customer to your company. And you treat me like this. No respect. But now I understand your company is having difficulties. But I sure you could of communicated?

Up date on my experience the sizes definitely are not uk sizes. 100% smaller.
Thankfully for me paypal resolution centre found in my favour and i received 100% refund. Big thank to paypal. And Trustpilot for allowing people to avoid being scammed!!

Absolutely disgusting company send out items that don't fit. And smell of damp unbelievable. When check on Google maps of adresse it's a bungalow. Obviously a sweat shop. This company is one hell of a scam !!!!!!!!!!Bewarned

Absolutely useless. I was sent a electrical product. That is dangerous it gets so hot you can not touch it. I requested a collection of the product because I am disabled and can not leave the house. Aliexpress ignored my request. The supplier is impossible to contact. I have had to accept less half price refund. Because I have no choice. It's all a big SCAM!!!! Absolutely rubbish you have all the information. Here again is my order number.3055807078032247. And you'll just repond with one of your Robots. I will never spend a single cent. Je suis déçu du service que j'ai reçu. Impossible de contacter le service clientèle. On m'a dit que j'allais recevoir une carte cd. Mais on m'a dit que la carte avait été déclarée perdue ou volée. Je n'ai jamais reçu de carte. Mais d'après l'application, j'ai été débité de 31 € pour un article qui n'a jamais été livré.
Parce que je n'ai pas pu contacter le service clientèle. J'ai dû m'adresser au service des plaintes de Floa. Mais ils n'ont pas accusé réception de la plainte. Ils semblent ne pas se préoccuper du service client ! I was emailed yesterday saying your company tried to call me. And you left a numer. That does not work so I was sent a massage with email details. I sent an email. But you have not responded. Surprise. Surprise! Your messaging does not work. And now I find out I have been communicating with a Robot called Salsa. I give up its a joke !!!! Pourquoi est-il si difficile pour moi de correspondre avec un humain ? Vos réponses par e-mail sont des messages numériques. Vous continuez à m'envoyer le même message. La seule façon d'obtenir une réponse est via Trustpilot. Vos plateformes de médias sociaux sont totalement nulles !!!!

Because you have not sent me an inquiry. I'll explained again. How can I return a item that I have not received. When I placed the order I was offered a discount of €13 if I applied for a floa card. I was accepted for this card. But the card never arrived. And the app says card reported as lost or stolen. But I have a a balance of €31 floa expext me to pay.And for that reason I think your company and floa are totally incompetent. Scam!!

When your handicap it's difficult to return items. So you have to accept a part refund. Which is rubbish compared to what you paid for an item that does not work. Temu are a lot better company to deal with !!

Absolutely hate this so called " charity " There advertisements on tele vision is done to pull at your heart strings it's called emotional blackmail!! Why are they standing there filming cruelty to bears and other animals. I'm the first one to give to charity but I'll never give in to emotional blackmail. The least they could do is give a warning of cruelty before they show the commercial. Then you have a choice to watch or not. Then I suppose the fat cats who run this outfit are not bothered about anything apart from there cut of the pie !!!!

Get a message to say parcel damaged in transit. Then one days after it arrives. Sometimes they ask for further information of my address. my address as not changed ever. And 99% of orders are from amazon. I just Sometimes think the courier is not bothered if or when you receive your orders !!!!

Do not trust Google.
I reported to Google a scam site. Who I checked out on trust pilot. I also checked out the scam company address and company details and they are completely false. But Google refuse to take down the scam site. Because they get revenue from it. Disgusting parasites !!!!
