Review of Forest Garden
Despite an errant text message on purchase (stating they would deliver the shed two months before I ordered it) the process has been faultless. Once a delivery date was confirmed it was kept and the delivery tracking option worked like a charm. The driver Glenn and his partner Rafal were easy going, polite, quick and helpful. If only every online purchase worked like this. No comment on the shed as yet as I have yet to construct it.

The choice of DHL as your "Delivery Partner" is a mistake. They have been failing to deliver the items I ordered from you for a week to no avail. They have lied in their messages to me stating that they tried and failed to deliver when I have doorbell footage to show that never happened. So, as yet I am unable to provide feedback on the item I bought from you.

Review of Octopus Energy
I have been recently caught in a major quandary. I changed my Mother's supplier for gas and electric in September 2021, the new supplier then went instantly bust (not my fault) and was put into a lengthy process of allocating a new supplier. Whilst that was ongoing, my mother passed away, and I took over the accounts. Fly forward 9 months and I was still waiting for the switch to be completed to Octopus, so I contacted them yesterday, and today with the very helpful Nejira on my side, it is all sorted out.
