Firstly, excellent customer service. Answered my phone quickly. Didn't have to wait. The lady I spoke to was very polite, friendly and helpful. It was easy to find customer service number. The bistro set I bought is beautiful. Nicely packaged and arrived on time. I am very pleased with the quality of the product and the service I received. I will definitely buy from Dibor again. I ordered 4 roses in 2 different orders. They arrived in April. 3 of which have started flowering. One hasn't yet flowered, which is fine. But one of the roses that was sent to me, when it flowered, I realised is not what I ordered. I ordered bring me sunshine. And the rose they sent is no where near the same colour and has no fragrance. When I wrote to customer services at DA, they responded after a few days that it is Bring me sunshine and that sometimes colours can vary. I feel this really poor. Sonething I had not expected from David Austin. I want to order Bring me Sunshine rose but I am nervous that I will sent a wrong variety again. Mistakes happen but they have chosen to ignore my complaint. This is very sad.

I would highly recommend buying from Ember home. I recently bought a very beautiful mirror made from vintage reclaimed wood. It was packaged with the utmost care. It arrived within a week. I am also very impressed with the customer service. My query emails were responded to promptly before and after I received the beautiful mirror. I give Ember home 5/5.

Nasty nasty nasty! False marketing! Clothes do NOT look anything like the pictures. They are nasty. I ordered a skirt and a top. Both had embroidery in the pictures. But when they arrived there was no embroidery and the fabric was nasty and synthetic. I would never ever wear. They are nothing like in the pictures. Please please so NOT waste your money. I wish I had read the reviews before I wasted my money. I want to give a zero star! This website is a fraud. I don't even have the heart to give their clothes to the charity. They are going straight to the bin. These are the kinds of clothing that are killing out environment too! Nylon stuff.

Very good bulbs and prompt delivery. All have germinated beautifully. I bought dahlia bulbs last year and my garden was full of dahlia blooms. Definitely recommend J parkers.
