I received a prompt reply to my email and the minor problem I had was sorted out very quickly. Excellent service!

I only needed a few parts to repair an old greenhouse and emailed Halls for help. The response and recommendations came through quickly and I ordered the parts online. A few days later the parts arrived and they are exactly what I needed. Excellent prompt service.

Jay H arrived promptly and sorted out the leak with the minimum of fuss. He was very pleasant and chatted to me as he worked even though it was an emergency call at 11pm. I would recommend both Jay and Dyno without hesitation.

The delivery instructions were ignored. I asked for the parcel to be left in the greenhouse but it was left at the side of the house. By the time I returned from holiday it had been rained on and the packaging was a mess. Luckily the contents weren't damaged.

There didn't seem to be very much chocolate for £25! Previous deliveries have been more generous. Can't fault the quality but the quantity left a lot to be desired.
Despite the reply this review received, I still feel that £25 for 35 chocolates isn't very good value. 15 of the 35 were just chocolate, no special flavourings. The selection often contains some chocolates with alcohol, indeed there was a small bottle of cream liqueur in one delivery; this time it felt as if something was missing.
