Batteryforpc.co.uk is not a British company even though the British flag is shown on website. The batteries are sent from China and delivery take about 3 weeks! I did not receive the item I had ordered, therefore it was of no use to me (£29). After numerous frustrating emails, I was given the return address in China and sent it back. The tracking info confirmed it was ‘successfully delivered’, heard nothing from them, so contacted them again to be told they hadn’t received it and I should contact the courier! Further emails followed and I have not received the ‘immediate refund’ they promised.

Excellent after sales service (rare these days!). I had a slight problem with a Panasonic handset. Greg was happy to help and after speaking to him the issue was resolved quickly. Would highly recommend liGo.
