Hi Donna, I am really sorry you are not happy with the 5F blade. This is most unusual and very disappointing, it sounds like it might be running too dry or has been over tensioned. I wil happily replace it for you for a new one and arrange to get this one back or I can have it back for a full refund. I am very sorry this has happened, this is cause by Royal Mail and very disappointing. The blades left here on 2nd of Jan which is 6 days ago. We pay for a next day service so I think that sadly the parcel is either badly delayed or lost. I will dispatch a second order today and I have also emailed you with further information.
Again sincere apologies this has happened, we are entirely in Royal Mail's hands once the packages leave here.
