My postman is ace but my out going parcels in general are a nightmare . Ime now switching to evri as they do get proof of delivery and I haven't lost money any time I've used them...this week alone ..one parcel missing not signed for from 2weeks back ...40 refunded ...another parcel worth 56 not signed for but honest buyer thank God. One parcel with 2 failed attempts at delivery and a special delivery stuck at a hub worth 200 witch seems to have disappeard ...the compensation is very sketchy with them wiggling out of paying for there failure to provide a service GET THE PARCELS SIGHNED LIKE YOU ARE PAID TO DO....ime done with them...no more ...sending through different services now..people send and request proof of delivery for a reason...you are allowing you paying customers to be frauded out of money because your staff think it's not important and haven't the time to sign it or get it signed....USELESS
