Absolutely shocking from start to…

Absolutely shocking from start to finish. I made a mistake with a order and got muddled up and his email.became rude. I asked for a refund he said no.

I then wait 2 weeks to get a email saying my part will be dispatched in 2 days. I email 5 days later and the part hasn't come and then he offered me a refund.

The person who runs this company needs a fast track course on customer service. He is a rude arrogant person.

I will never ever order anything from.him again and with the eay he is I think the company will be dead withing a couple of years.

Shocking

Shocking. Left me for a whole week without heating and hot water. I also have children but here excuse is sorry we have a big job on.

When you speak to the people at the end of the phone they dont even care. well i so sorry this inconvenient for you.

Should have people on call to fix the issue as it will only take a short amount of time.

Edit.

The engineer was amazing.

The clowns in Dartford who care more about putting makeup on and doing there nails really need to sort the customer service out.

My advice would be to fire them all amd get new people in

Brilliant

From the time i have dealt with the company that have been nothing but brilliant.

They have explained the who9le process with me as i didn't understand. They never rushed me and was always more then happy to go above what they needed to do.

I wish the insurance company they were working on behalf of could be more like them.

Brilliant service keep it up !!!!!!!!

Shocking

Shocking. first time i have ever claimed on any sort of insurance. First they tell me that the bike is going to this company. this company then say noo its going somewhere else.

Its finally been agreed that the bike is a total loss. Now when i call i get told i am not a customer. This is shocking. Now i have been on the phone for over 2 hours and the only person i have spoke to told me i wasn't a customer with them.

Good thing is is am only 45 minutes from 2 of the offices so a little road trip looks like this might resolve the issue.

I would advise anyone who is with this complete mickey mouse company to look elsewhere.

I will look to change this review once the full process has been completed if it improves.

Shocking !!!!

Where to start. Have been living in my house since the start of November and as of yet i have had no checks done. It was only after me complaining that i have a eclectic safety check booked in for next week 4 months after moving in.

Now i find i have a leak coming through the ceiling after 2 hours on hold I'm still not through to anyone. When i did get through they hung up on me. Now i have got to wait for a call back. I mean am i meant to do just watch the wall become unsafe with children in the house.

I wish i never moved into this house as it is a nightmare.

I would advise anyone who is thinking of moving into a southern housing house or flat to think again dont move. They are absolute cowboys who care about nothing apart from profits

UPDATE.
We have now waited in for a third day for the electrical safety test. You guessed it nobody has turned up. 3rd day off of work for nothing. I'm not surenwhat else we can do. Maybe the housing ombudsman will have to be the last option.

Shocking

Wrong colour sofa got delivered and then after 4 months from my order date i get told my replacement sofa has not been ordered.

I would not advise anyone using this shop. I have been tld lies from that start.
