Shocking

Shocking. Left me for a whole week without heating and hot water. I also have children but here excuse is sorry we have a big job on.

When you speak to the people at the end of the phone they dont even care. well i so sorry this inconvenient for you.

Should have people on call to fix the issue as it will only take a short amount of time.

Edit.

The engineer was amazing.

The clowns in Dartford who care more about putting makeup on and doing there nails really need to sort the customer service out.

My advice would be to fire them all amd get new people in
