Shocking !!!!

Where to start. Have been living in my house since the start of November and as of yet i have had no checks done. It was only after me complaining that i have a eclectic safety check booked in for next week 4 months after moving in.

Now i find i have a leak coming through the ceiling after 2 hours on hold I'm still not through to anyone. When i did get through they hung up on me. Now i have got to wait for a call back. I mean am i meant to do just watch the wall become unsafe with children in the house.

I wish i never moved into this house as it is a nightmare.

I would advise anyone who is thinking of moving into a southern housing house or flat to think again dont move. They are absolute cowboys who care about nothing apart from profits

UPDATE.
We have now waited in for a third day for the electrical safety test. You guessed it nobody has turned up. 3rd day off of work for nothing. I'm not surenwhat else we can do. Maybe the housing ombudsman will have to be the last option.
