Top notch service as always, just a shame now certain vapes are hard to get hold of.

Quite a few scam websites around and this is one of them..... Also keep an eye out for England thc vapes shop...... They are also scammers and they are writing fake reviews on their website.

Avoid at all costs, they are criminals who write fake reviews and steal your money.

Avoid this company unless you want a heart attack..... They are scammers and will use as many delays tactics as possible to wipe you're pension pot clean, they did it to me and thousands of people already, If you do challenge them, they turn manipulative and cry wolf, claiming that you are being aggressive and rude etc etc. Go straight to the pensions ombudsman.... It's the ONLY way.

Went to my local shop, asked staff to check if an item was available in the warehouse... They replied... They are too busy to check if something is in stock.... Very poor customer service and very unprofessional, won't be using again.

Read over the positive reviews... It's so damn obvious that they are not genuine reviews, stay clear.......

Head over to YouTube.... A cameraman was filming on PUBLIC land, filming private land FROM the public land, which IS COMPLETELY LEGAL..... This company however don't obey the law, the manager and a security officer with no id on display assault the cameraman, that's a criminal offence.........

Been a regular customer for a good while now, really good choice of vape pens and flavours, super fast delivery from payment to actually receiving the order and very reasonable prices. Customer service and package tracking service is always on point, I always know when to expect them through the door. Yes sometimes the vape pens themselves clog up inside but that's to be expected with disposable vape pens, not the shops fault, just a chance you take. Definitely recommend to anyone!

Like most taxis, this company thinks they own the road and don't have to follow the law. They are unfit to drive people. I have lost count of how many times they have nearly caused a crash due to careless driving.

I rarely use super drug and I remember why I won't be using them again. Ordered a high value item, was offered free delivery, website said standard delivery is up to 5 days etc. Its going to be over a week before I receive the item and they have already taken the money. Tried to phone up, they have disconnected all their phone lines, only cheap and nasty web chat is now available with replies expected to taken at least two days. No humans just robots. That's me gone.

Wed 25 may update. Spoke to the chat box team, they actually lied to me then tried to backtrack and now its going to be over a week before my items arrive, four days late. So much for five working days for delivery.

Their call system is a complete joke, it doesn't matter what option you select, their system always puts you through to the incorrect department and the call takers have the cheek to actually blame the customer. They admitted on the phone that they receive countless complaints about this but won't improve it, says a lot that. Their fees are extortionate and they are now illegally charging customers who cancel within the 14 days cooling off period. They attitude of the call takers is very unprofessional, they just want your money then couldn't care less about anything else. Won't be using again.

I ordered an item for next day delivery. I was sent an email stating I would be given a choice for the delivery time when the delivery was ready for delivery etc. Following morning I was just told it would be between 9.35-10.35, I couldn't change it so I was stuck. The bell rang and by the time I got to the door, around 30 seconds, the driver had already posted a card and was reversing outside the house. I immediately went outside an waved at the driver whom completely ignored me. I phoned them and explained what had happened and they claimed that nobody was in etc. When the driver came back round, I wasn't impressed so I took the package and closed the door. Next thing you know they are stood outside harassing me for a proof of delivery photo. I phoned customer service and said that because of their unprofessional mannerisms, I wasn't prepared to answer the door. They insisted it was necessary due to company policy, in the end I said if the driver doesn't leave, I'll phone the police and report harassment. This company needs to learn how to have patience instead of doing as they want to whilst harassing customers.
