I ordered an item for next day…

I ordered an item for next day delivery. I was sent an email stating I would be given a choice for the delivery time when the delivery was ready for delivery etc. Following morning I was just told it would be between 9.35-10.35, I couldn't change it so I was stuck. The bell rang and by the time I got to the door, around 30 seconds, the driver had already posted a card and was reversing outside the house. I immediately went outside an waved at the driver whom completely ignored me. I phoned them and explained what had happened and they claimed that nobody was in etc. When the driver came back round, I wasn't impressed so I took the package and closed the door. Next thing you know they are stood outside harassing me for a proof of delivery photo. I phoned customer service and said that because of their unprofessional mannerisms, I wasn't prepared to answer the door. They insisted it was necessary due to company policy, in the end I said if the driver doesn't leave, I'll phone the police and report harassment. This company needs to learn how to have patience instead of doing as they want to whilst harassing customers.
