The Branch in Birmingham is ab absolute…

The Branch in Birmingham is ab absolute Joke.
I have registered with this Agency 3 times in the last 18 months so there are serious Data Protection issues as they must be losing my into.

Had an appointment to meet Helen the Consultant..she arrived 15 minutes late..

As British Citizen..with over 40 years experience in my trade ..I took all.my right took work documents and relevant Certificates, abd Qualifications. although none of the Certificate were asked for.
2 weeks after the appointment I was then asked to produce these.

What an absolute joke..I was treated like some sort of Asylum Seeker who just arrived in a small boat.

There are many Agencies in Birmingham..I wouldn't advise anyone to use Pertemps.

The worst Pension site ever.Taken over…

The worst Pension site ever.Taken over 11 months to withdraw my funds !! Process still ongoing
All correspondence done by "post" like the 70's
Avoid this Pension Provider at all cost..!!

DO NOT USE UPS...I Paid £52 to post a…

DO NOT USE UPS...I Paid £52 to post a letter "overnight " but UPS Express Plus to the States.
Letter to 7 days .UPS said I was nit entitled to a y refund.
Absolute con.
Avoid this company at all costs !

The worst pension service available

The worst pension service available. My employer signed me up to themis company but put and incorrect date of birth. Since then I have sent Nest copies of my passport, Driving License and birth certificate..still cannot access my funds from this bunch of crooks..

I wanted to reach out to apologise for the experience you’ve had with accessing your funds. We work hard to try to make things easy for our customers and this sounds like the opposite.

Unfortunately, we sometimes get incorrect information when people are enrolled by their employers. We have processes in place to get this sorted. But sometimes incorrect information can lead to members having two or more accounts with us if they have been previously enrolled into Nest pensions. As members can only have one account at a time with Nest this would have to be merged. Hence it can take bit longer to access you funds.

As I cannot access your account information here because of security reasons the quickest way to get an update on your request is getting in touch with our customer service team on 0300 020 0090 – they’re available Monday to Sunday, 8am to 8pm, and will be in the best position to assist you.

The worst agency currently in…

The worst agency currently in Birmingham. There is unsually a mass of your personal data and Identification required to register with ithis agency...and you will never hear from them again.
I believe they are just in the business of harvesting your data and selling it on to 3rd parties.
For some reason after registering with them the spam calls I received increased.
In your search for a recruitment agency .you can do a lot better.
Atrocious..!!

Poor customer service

Please do not send me a link that I can't open to a letter just send me the letter.
No reply emails mean the company has no interest in talking to you but would prefer to talk at you..! No reply emails also create the impression the company has no interest in anything the customer would like to say.

The absolute worst company ever.Since…

The absolute worst company ever.Since pre covid their Customer Service department has been non existence!!..if they text or email you..you cannot reply to this email to sdiscuss ,query or update..so you have to settle for them talking at you.
At present they're threatening me with debt collectors because I owe the £20.!!
When many of the smaller Energy companies collapsed British Gas became a default setting..but I urge you if your looking for a new Energy company..choose ANYONE..but them !!
