She is consistently attentive, prompt in responding to emails and inquiries, and ensures any necessary maintenance we raise is handled efficiently and shows genuine care. Simply put, quick, convenient, painless, and good value for money. Bought a bed from Bensons for Beds, was a really bad experience (still haven't received the bed I ordered and paid for almost 3 months ago, that was 'in-stock'). Went online to buy a spare bed from Dreams to use in the interim before it gets moved to a guest room, and was awesome to receive just a couple business days later, and delivered with the utmost care.

Great shopping experience, good choice availability / variety. I would have liked the option to see exactly what model GPU was being selected however (e.g. Zotac xyz). Exceptional service by keeping me informed about the build progress along each stage e.g. completed build, moving to stress/stability testing and benchmarking etc. Photographic evidence along the way, made for great peace of mind. Carefully packed on delivery. Would recommend - looking to buy my wife a custom PC build next!

Great mobile app, and quick/convenient cover. Relatively competitive offerings too, although still a bit expensive for my liking compared to what it could be in theory with other providers. Whilst there is a 'lite' desktop functionality login, traffic and interactions are pushed towards the app. For the power users, I'd prefer the option of a fully-fledged web app for desktop also.

The overall offering was very competitive, easy and quick to set up, and I'm quite happy currently with the cover provided and the overall professional service offered today.

Fairly easy to use website. Changing queries and filters a little slow. Ultimately gets the job done. Would be nice if you could see alternative options like fly up on one carrier and return on another etc more easily and seamlessly. Nice comparisons.
