I had a question about a £300 duvet that I considering buying. I sent a message through their website but got no reply. I tried to call them twice but got no answer and my calls went to a 'full mailbox'.
Just got home from a lovely break in Morocco, organised by Paxton. Everything went to plan with no hitches. I wanted to change hotel a week after booking, Paxton helped me choose a new hotel with no charges other than the difference in price. Would use Johnson holidays again without hesitation.

Wanted to change hotels as she really bad recent reviews put me off. Spoke to Paul who was very helpful. Gave me loads of options and when I chose one he sorted it all out very quickly.
Kenzie answered my call within 30 seconds and dealt with my query quickly and efficiently. She was very polite and friendly, like talking to an old friend.
I called 3 local plumbers for a price for a new boiler, fully expecting them to undercut Boxt. Unfortunately they couldn't get within £500 of Boxt's quote (sadly for them, but that's another discussion for another day). New boiler was installed within 48 hours of initial online quote and everything thing went like clockwork with no hidden problems or costly extras. . Absolutely no issues and we're delighted with our new boiler. Thank you Boxt.
I spoke to Lebara via online chat today to see if they could upgrade my plan to a better one that was on offer through Uswitch. The agent Gayatri was great. Her immediately offered to match the plan and price that I had seen and I had a confirmation SMS within 1 minute. Always had fantastic customer service on the few occasions I've had to contact Lebara. Edit: I forgot to mention, I ran out of data whist in Spain last week as our room had no WiFi. I called CS on the phone to ask about buying a top up. The agent kindly added 2gb to my account free of charge.

Placed an order for home delivery on 19 Nov, to be delivered on 23 Nov. It was a great Black Friday offer. Delivery date came and went with no delivery. I called on 25 Nov and was told that there had been an internal problem and it would be sorted and delivered. It's now 5 Dec. No delivery and no contact. My order still shows as processing and the item is now back to its normal price, over 3 times as much as I paid.
I know what's going to happen here...

Not much to say really. Order stuff at cheap prices and it comes next day. The £9.99 unlimited next day delivery is am amazing deal and superb for all those last minute bits when you have holiday coming up.
Well I have to hold my hands up. When I first saw Temu on Facebook I thought it was a scam website. After due diligence I decided to try a test order, a few cheap items. The order arrived today, complete and exactly what I ordered.
To be honest, the goods aren't exactly top quality but I knew what I was paying and got what I expected.
Would use them again without question.

I compiled an order a few weeks ago but decided against it (read my other review). A few days later I got an email reminding me to finish my purchase. Ok, fair enough - I went back to the website and removed it from my basket.
A few days later I got the same email. Ok, I'll just unsubscribe.
A few days later I got the same email yet again. Ok, I'll just make sure I'm unsubscribed from emails. I click unsubscribe again to see the message 'You are not subscribed to any mailings at the moment'.
Right, SO STOP EMAILING ME THEN!!
I have now emailed support to ask them to ensure I receive no more emails and from now on, every time I receive an unsolicited email from Printerpix I will leave another negative review.

I see that the genuine reviews are at last starting to influence HUKD's rating. We're down into the amber now at 3.7, and hopefully on a direct route back to red where they used to be and where they should be.
They only managed to get into green by generating literally 1000s of incentivised reviews 2 years ago.
HUKD - the only way to halt the slide will be to either get rid of your miserable and humourless mods or hold another one of your 'competitions' to generate more incentivised reviews.
Sadly, I know which is most likely...
UPDATE: As other users have stated , I too have just had an email asking for my HUKD UserName, Real Name and Telephone Number. Without this my review may be taken down. I didn't share my HUKD username but I did share my thoughts on HUKD staff so expect this review to be removed. Anyway, further progress made - TP rating of only 3.6 now. Imagine what it would be if they didn't manage to get the majority of negative reviews removed.
Clicked 'framed photo print' @ £14.99. Added photo and added to basket - mysteriously increased to £17.95 (plus £8 delivery).
Tried to add a new customer 40% off discount code that I had obtained by signing up to their mailing list - ''WELCOME4022' - Voucher Code expired/unrecognised'.
Don't bother.
Edit: I've just looked at previous negative reviews and they all get the same copy&paste response and there doesn't seem to be a phone number you can call, just request a call back which you don;t seem to get. I'm kind of glad I didn't place an order now, they clearly aren't bothered and any company that doesn't have a phone number you can call is a no-no for me.

Your reply just reinforces my view that you don't take any notice of negative reviews. What have long turnaround times got to do with anything? My issues were the price going up when you get to checkout and the discount code, which you provided me with, not working. Also, I clearly state that I didn't place an order so how can I provide you with an order number? Try reading your customer's complaints and addressing them personally rather than your generic replies.

You are wasting your time reporting HotUkDeals to Trustpilot. I have been reporting them to the Trustpilot integrity team for months, icluding documented evidence, regarding HUKD's abuse of the system in generating literally thousands of incentivised, positive reviews (which HUKD are still feeding off) during a 2 week period in Summer 2020.
I agree with 'Sunken Ship' below. There is one user, famed for posting free 'steam' deals, who won't post a deal unless he thinks it's guaranteed to reach a temperature of 2k+. He passes any 'lesser' deals to his soldiers to post.
