Extremely helpful agent

I viewed several properties with Chanell Q. who took her time to not only show me the properties but the area which was not so very familiar to me. Chanell gave me invaluable, frank and honest advice. She has an amazingly good sense of what matters to another person and made the otherwise sometimes stressful experience of flat hunting enjoyable.

I've used Net-A-Porter many time. They are reliable, fast and easy with returns. If there is a query of any kind, I usually received a reply from Customer Care within minutes. Their replies are always helpful. And the quality and the packaging of the clothes is excellent.

No delivery, and no estimate when to expect it either

I ordered a lamp in early November which, to date (18/12), has not arrived. It is 'on hold' with the delivery service. The supplier responds nicely and promptly to questions, basically just telling me to wait without any indication for how long - there is nothing they can do, they say, as if they had fallen into the hands of highway robbers. But in fact those highway robbers have been employed by them. The lamp was meant as a Christmas present. That it will not be, it seems.

Delivery

The delivery went well on the whole. The drivers called ahead of time, and that was very helpful. But they did not offer to unpack the item of furniture and take the packaging back with them, as I had been told they would. As a result, I'm stuck with the wooden planks on which the item was put. Normal rubbish collection does not take it, and it's a waste to throw it away anyway.
