Chase is a brilliant bank,I have been using it now for 18 months. It is simple to open an account on line, you get cash back on purchases for the first year of opening on the current account and if you pay in £1500 a month thereafter. You can open multiple savings accounts which I have done and each month I put money aside for holidays, car maintenance, Christmas, birthdays etc which really helps me save for these and you know exactly how much you have for these at a glance. I highly recommend Chase and customer service is excellent.

He called me at the time arranged, he was extremely knowledgeable and very patient and understanding. He also did not push to sell the products but gave us time to look at everything that he offered before making our decision. Extremely happy with his service.

The driver rang 40 minutes prior to delivery and the driver and colleague delivered the bed, mattress and headboard up two floors to the bedroom. Very pleased with their service and delivery instructions.

I have no complaints regarding the service I receive from ID. I very rarely don’t have a signal and never need to contact customer services as I’m very happy with the service. Many thanks for great service.

Very happy with service we received when visiting the Leamington store which we did on several occasions. All members of staff very helpful and knowledgeable in particular Stephan. Only criticism is there is a 10 week wait for the bed we wanted which is a very long time.

Very happy with the curtains I received they were exactly like the picture on the website. Very good quality and value for money.
