The flowers were delivered on time but not as expected. I thought I was ordering something with soft tones of peach and autumnal foliage. There seemed to be more dark colours than I anticipated

Not a good experience when medication 'stuck' in Royal Mail hub
I would have hoped that the company's tracking would know when a parcel to be delivered by Royal Mail was stuck in the system and had not been delivered within 48 hours
I waited 35 minutes for an online chat and was told you would need to contact Royal mail and a response would take up to 72 hours.
I was not given any further detail and had to ask if i would be informed of progress, what i should do if i needed medication in the meantime, what would happen if lost/damaged Just not good enough

Thank you for your review. I am very sorry to hear your order hasn’t been handled as expected.
Upon checking your account, I can see that your most recent order have been dispatched within 2 working days of the prescriptions being received, as is expected.
Upon dispatch we do advise the delivery should be with you in 2-3 working days, however this is an aim only. I can see this parcel has now been delivered. From the point of request to the parcel being delivered this was 6 working days.
Our general timescale for an order is up to 10 working days for a delivery from the point of request, it can be much faster, but this timescale allows a buffer period for any potential delays.
The live chat will be reviewed and feedback raised where necessary.

Ordered item not delivered & no information
I ordered 2 items. The cheaper item arrived within a week. the cost of both items was taken from my credit card. No notification about the 2nd item. I emailed with no response, called & left messages - no response. The last time I called I left no message but received a return call.
It appears the item was 'out of stock' but the web site clearly stated stock available and I could re-order it!
Eventually I was given a refund but the experience was frustratingly stressful and no worth the 15% discount I was offered on a future purchase

Cannot fault this service
Great service, prompt and efficient. Reminders in good time. Seems local surgery approve order much faster than repeat prescriptions from local pharmacy.
Had issues with delays for first order that were swiftly rectified and no problems since (5 months)
