Underhanded thieves

I had a contract Sim only with Tesco mobile. I was told that I could cancel the contract after 12 months. After 3 months I stop using it. Religiously I paid every month without using it. After 18 months I cancelled the direct debit as advised when I took the contract. Without any notification I have received a letter from a debt collection agency because Tesco mobile failed to collect £20. What a joke, they don't put the prices up but they stich you up.

Underhanded and daylight robbery

I went to Zizzi Norwich for my birthday with my family. I made the table booking on line. I was told at the restaurant that they did not take Tesco vouchers. I had a voucher which I could not use with my student discount, however they took it and sent me a message that it was redeemed. Go to Bella Italian or other Italian which still accept the vouchers. 100% underhanded and daylight robbery.

Awful experience

I have a Dyson V8 just out if warranty. I tried to pull the red handle upwards to empty the bin. The whole assembly disintegrated. This is not an user issue but a poor manufacturing issue. I had to pay £42 for the new item. Unbelievable an awful experience, all the money we pay for appliances only to realise that they have been manufactured on the cheap.

Folliwing the reply from Dyson.

Absolutely rubbish quality, they are probably paying slave labour to manufacture these cheap and nasty appliances

Unbelievable, treated like a criminal

I purchased an item, the item was faulty and not fit for purpose. My MOT tester fitted this to the car only to find out it was not working. I took the item back and I was told that I had to wait up to 6 weeks for someone to check the part. The person and the manager at the Norwich branch were discussing the issue and I was told that it would be treated as a misfit, it is worth mentioning that the branch manager coud not move from her office.I was shocked and astonished as I have never had an issue returning a faulty part in 36 years as a mechanic I have never encountered anything like it. We are talking about a £24 part which probably cost pennies. I will be writing to the president and COO ,Mark Eburne directly. I have contacted the trading standards as this a total daylight robbery. Avoid using GSF car parts or any company own under parts alliance group.

Awful, avoid, circus

Norwich Drayton pharmacy, absoluting disgusting behaviour from the pharmacist and the staff. I was prescribed a medicine, went to collect it and the repeats. Got home and checked them. One important medicine was missing. I when back to the Pharmacy and spoke to the Pharmacist who dismissed me completely, telling me that it was in the bag. They either kept it for themselves or gave it to the wrong person. I will not trust the chain again.i have stopped all my prescriptions with then. More like a circus than a pharmacy

Terrible service from This company

I have sent the required documentation I'm order to get my account unblocked. They have explained that because " I have a special relationship with the compnay" they can not allowed the review. I don't know what they mean as special relationship but I don't have any relationship apart from me taking a car to be serviced. Trustpilot are not a trust worthy company. Not worth anything reviewing on this website, there are other companies you can use to review the business,specially those that listen to consumers.

Not worth the effort

Unbelievable, trustpilot has blocked my account without any notification. Perhaps is because my previous account had a poor review about trustpilot. I have been trying to review a company but unfortunately this company has not provided me with a copy of the invoices for me to prove that I was a customer. Clearly trustpilot cares more for the business than the customers. As I said not communication from trustpilot asking fir clarification or information. Very poor indeed.

Following trustpilot review.

There is no Trust for consumers, if the customer can not produce a proof of dealing with the business , trustpilot remove the review. Hence believing the business before the customer. At least 4 times I have asked the business for my invoices but so fat they have refused. Trustpilot are fully aware of this ,still blocked my account.
