Unless you have 100% evidence to support your claim, don't bother. Avoid this company, there are other larger and better companies. Don't make the same mistake I made

Not worth the money, poor after sales service.

After spending £4000 on a holiday and complaining about the noise and vibration at the back of the cruise ship because the ship was late leaving the port. Having raw sewage on the bathroom floor. The captain of the ship making flippant and sarcastic comments to our group. Being ripped off by the rubbish excursion , not worth the money. After hurting myself because our guide was in a hurry to get to the shop so he could get his commission.after going to a hotel with horrible food, drinks machines not working. Balcony doors that would lock and having the room flooded because if the rain. The customer service team can only apologise.. before booking with TUI or a Marella cruises, think about it. Remember to complain directly to the ship management and get some sort of evidence because if the staff don't recorder it would never exist and you would be treated like a liar. Absolutely rubbish.

UNTRUSTWORTHY

After having a mortgage with this totally untrustworthy bank for almost 20 years and with a Loan to Value equity of 30%, they are unable to lend me any money for home improvements. My credit score is the highest you can get. In addition, I apply for a loan at 6.4%, they offer me a loan for 13.4%. Disgusting, loyalty does not pay.

Appalling customer service

I hope you all read this and pass it on to your friends and family.
I have a smart meter for Gas and Electricity but Octopus Energy has taken £7500 out of my account during the last 10 months. I have raised a complaint with them bur they have a non existent customer service department. I have raised a complaint over 8 weeks ago but no real contact to try to resolve the issue. Please note that Octopus purchased Shell domestic a few months ago, this came with the same overseas team that they struggle to understand and are unable to empathise with my predicament. I am in contact with the citizen advise bureau and my next step is the Ombudsman.

Don't believe any advertising regarding the customer service experience those are probably dated from when they started as an energy company. I have tried to contact Genn the CEO but this avenue did not work either. In essence too big for their boots.
Apparently they can't sort out the problem with my gas meter although all information was held by Shell.

Regarding being voted best customer service by WHICH?, I don't think this is genuine.

Rubbish service overall

i purchased 2 items on Friday, one for collection straight away the other one for collection the next day. i arrived at the toolstati0n branch at Norwich Heigham street. the guy who helped me was great but he could not move the stock to another branch or cancel it. I can not say the same for the chat representative called Maddie. totally disinterested an unsympathetic, more worried about proving me wrong than helping me to address my complaint. The cheapest place is not always the best.

#customer service is very simple, you website suggest the next business day. on Saturday you are open for business so the next day from Friday is the next business day Saturday. I have to call the heating engineer to put the inhibitor in the system. i have to go to Toolstaion again to collect the other product. twice and at my cost not yours

Non existing customer service.

Absolutely rubbish non existent customer service. The booking had hidden term only made available after completion. I have tried to call the customer service team , I tried to make a complaint but they will not do so. So a person called Ahmed who did not understand English would not transfer the call to a manager a total disgrace. Avoid this clowns at any cost.
Book with autoeurope or doyouspain.

Rubbish

Terrible experience. 12 days to deliver my items, no response from the customer service team , if they have one. I have been purchasing car parts for over 30 years , never experience any thing so ridiculous in my life. Perhaps is because they were offering free delivery, they sent the parts on a donkey.

Following Autodoc reply: not such quality manager exist. If he/she is there they have not contacted me. The customer service team do not know what they do. There is no chain when sending emails, anybody responds without knowing what they are responding to. Absolutely appalling.

Just mention the excellent service I have always received from the National tyres autocentre in Norwich. Mark the manager and his team are great. I have had an issue lately with Halfords customer service who blamed him, this was not the case. He kindly refunded money, but more than what I was asking for.

Extremely disappointing experience with…

Extremely disappointing experience with Halfords customer service team. I purchased the wrong tyres on line, my fault. I was advised at the national tyres centre that they had the same tyres on 16". I was very pleased. I was told that I will be refunded the difference. The reality is that I paid an extra £27 . I just spent 40 minutes on the phone to a person that did not understand the situation at all. So I got nowhere with my complaint. They put whatever tyre they wanted and now I have 2 different tyres front and back. Cheaper prices is not always the best option.

Ref 21737916 but I don't think it will make much difference

Thieves, not trust worthy company

My Account was nearly £1000 in credit. They sent an email explaining that they will be taking £739 direct debit???. They then explained that it will be £542???. My Bill was £300. After all that they took £739. My Account is in credit by £1300. Shell is refusing to credit me with my money and they are refusing to deal with my complaint. They are also charging me above the set cap by OFGEM. They do not make enough profit !!! So they have to steal from its customers, brilliant. Of course I am changing supplier and making a formal complaint to the regulator

Hello, in terms of your account and the credit however the direct debit changing to a higher amount, I am sorry to see this is the case, it seems to be part of the reassessment process on the account which happens to all customers who pay a monthly direct debit. You can change your direct debit to a variable direct debit and this will use any account credit to pay the bills until the balance is at £0.00 then we'd take the bill amount. 

In terms of the price cap, we're within the price cap for all customers and are not charging over this for any customer. If you feel this is incorrect then please get in contact with our customer service and they can discuss this with you. - Sean

Clowns without respect for customers

Absolutely disgusting the way this company treat its customers. Please do not purchase anything directly from samsung electronics UK. They will rip you off and fob you off. In fact do not buy a Samsung product. I contacted the CEO Mr Mr Baumann on uk.president (at)samsung.com please feel free to email him directly the complaints directed to him the more attention he would give to his customers and its complaints. I have to say the I got the same response from Mr Baumann as I did from the customer service team. I don't think leaving this review will make a difference as this company is already rated 1 star Red. Hopefully someone in global Samsung will address their customers complaints

Terrible customer service, 😑

Following the reply from this thieving company. I sent an email and they have done nothing. All a smoke screen, choose a different company.

Terrible customer service, the rental company would not accept my driving licence. I called them 10 minutes after the cancellation period had finished and only because the car rental company took extra time and this was beyond my control. The first person told that they will refund it. This company are not very trustworthy.

Disappointing, unbelievable

I took a van policy in 2021. All good as it was the best value. Expecting the policy to auto renew in Sep 22, of course it didn't. The police sent me a letter kindly explaining that the van was uninsured. Total surprise. Insure 2 drive did not renew it. 2 months later I had to get a new policy with insure 2 drive because I needed the policy straight away. They will not provide me with my insurance certificate because they need the NCD proof, they have this as they provide me with cover for last year. I realise that they will only accept the auto renew if you leave your credit card details in the system. Very disappointing

Rubbish all round

Unbelievable underhanded approach. They have raised the ewindow excess without advising me, their expectations are, the customer would not know and they will only find out if they have to replace the windscreen. No information on the renewal email about any changes. Check your policy documents specifically if you have been with these underhanded clowns for a few years. They employ staff who are not properly trained to deal with a complaint and clearly do not follow the FCA rules
