Great customer service

Dan messaged and advised of when he would be visiting, very good at keeping time., he advised what would happen over the few days, himself and his colleagues were very friendly, they kept everywhere very clean and tidy, excellent customer service, Dan called after to see if everything was ok and working, Thank you Dan and his co workers

Thankyou Larraine,

We popped into store today, unfortunately with a complaint about our latest holiday, with the airline, Larraine greeted us, we explained the issues, she sat, listened with empathy and told us exactly what to do.
We were then sitting and chatting, totally at ease, starting asking questions about another holiday, again Larraine listened, she looked up exactly what we wanted, even price matched for us. So landed up booking our honeymoon Great customer service, really appreciated the help and advice.

Just got back from Miller and Carter…

Just got back from Miller and Carter Dartford, celebrating our Anniversary, started off ok, gradually went down hill, starter of Camembert arrived cold, sent back to be re warmed , waited 10 mins for this, then waited a good thirty mins after finished starters my lettuce came up but no steak, waited a further 10 minutes for this yo arrive, only for this to be luke warm, my fiancè had the burger which was ok, but did have a random hard pea in the coleslaw, everything combined compleytely ruined our Anniversary. Such a shame as last time we went we left a 5*review.
Must add the waitress Emily was lovely, not her fault, did see her speak to the manager who appeared not to be bothered , would have been better to have him apologise rather than the waitress Emily.

Most enjoyable evening. We were served by a lovely lady called Erin,at your dartford restaurant, top quality customer service, a credit to Miller and Carter, she really made our night more enjoyable. Best waitress we have in a long time , and we are regular customers. Thankyou ERIN 😊
