I bought several radiators, when one goes wrong, they will NOT honour the 10 year guarantee. Head office customer services are offensive to long standing customers like myself. Please DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. If you do, you will regret it. There is NOTHING good about this SHAM company who do NOT honour their guarantees they so readily advertise.

Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry you are disappointed. Where a radiator is delivered damaged and reported within the reasonable time stated we will always exchange. There are no moving parts in a radiator and as long as the correct system chemicals are added they should not corode. in the rare instance one does, the manufacturer will always inspect a water sample for the presence of system chemicals. if proper system care has not been used, and the fault is not a material fault but a care or maintenance issue, they will not. Normally only the few customers who's experience hasnt been a good one with us (we are human, but we do not like making mistakes) go here to leave bad reviews, hence the low score because they leave the score on Trustpilot dating back to 2012. Other review sites give an honest appraisal based on the last 12 months which is why we dont subscribe.
