Great service even if things have gone wrong
Ordered gear (good price and delivered quickly) which had a hidden fault. Online troubleshooting and advice could not solve the problem but was immediately offered the choice of return/refund/exchange from a friendly and knowledgeable customer advisor. Great service even if things have gone wrong - highly recommended

Total scam
Total scam. Ordered a keyboard and was invisibly signed up for a 50 pounds a month susscription which they say cannot be refunded. They also say no product was actually ordered, just a 'trial' subscription which was automatically escalated to a 'full' subscrition as it was not cancelled within the 3 day window. So far out 35 pounds thanks to an advert on Facebook
