I got an answer to my question

I got an answer to my question, and it was only one question. What I didn't realise or rather it was hidden is that they take 45 euro a month from you.
Thankfully they refunded, when paying ALWAYS read the small print.

You subscribe for a month

Very expensive, difficult to cancel and tbh the app is just a constant sell. Do not be tempted.

Time stated on website is 6.30 am but…

Time stated on website is 6.30 am but balloon went at 5.30am, so we missed it. Wouldn't give a refund even though I was misled on their website, it's not a balloon festival everyday either, its one balloon, one fairly crammed basket. Website is really poor and needs to be updated. Overpriced with no delivery.

Delivery was speedy - wrong house though

Delivery was speedy, unfortunately it was delivered to incorrect address, it was delivered next door. Normally this is ok, but next door has a sold sign on it, so I don't think it will go down too well when the new folk move in. Thanks

bought a shower unit November 9th

bought a shower unit November 9th, lovely piece, unfortunately the fittings didn't fit my existing shower so I had to return. This is where things got difficult. Repeated emails regarding collection of unit, it just didn't happen it appears, until I asked for issue to be escalated. Agent assured my refund would be issued upon collection, this has not happened, unit finally got collected Jan 7, and I've emailed again regarding refund but they advised that the unit hasn't been returned yet, even though I have provided courier tracking to confirm that it has. Buyitdirect send very nice emails but it appears nothing happens unless you push and push. Over 2 months now and I haven't received my refund. I purchased and returned in good faith, it's a shame that buyitdirect don't act in the same way.
