Cockroach infested van? YesCapa: your problem.

We rented a van through YesCapa in Tenerife (Canary Islands). After the first day, when night came, we discovered that the van was infested with cockroaches.
We promptly contacted YesCapa, trusting their widely advertised 24-hour assistance would help us. However, after an extensive email back-and-forth (there is no number you can call), their “solution” was to cancel our reservation, reimburse only their commission, and simply ask the van’s owner to return what we had paid. This left us stranded on our holiday with nowhere to sleep, relying solely on a private individual to refund €500. On top of that, we had purchased additional insurance through YesCapa, which they refused to reinburse us.
The result? Two nights sleeping surrounded by cockroaches, two full days of our holiday wasted trying to resolve the problem ourselves, and still missing €260.
So be aware: if you rent with YesCapa, things may go smoothly when all goes well. But if something goes wrong, you may be left entirely on your own to deal with highly uncomfortable situations during your holidays, and it could cost you a lot of money.

Honestly. Rent from a real rental, it will cost you less in the end.

Adoro il marchio e i suoi prodotti, ma l'esperienza di acquisto online è uno slalom tra offerte poco pertinenti. Non è il massimo per un'azienda che dovrebbe promuovere un consumo più responsabile.

I payed and didn't even receive a confirmation of the order.

I purchased a pair of Clip-On lenses a week a go, at the time of the purchase I didn't receive any order confirmation, I thus contacted the customer service promptly. Afer one week of back and forward with them (and after not hearing anything for two days), today i finally received an order confirmation. Not even three hours later and I receive another email telling me that the item I bought is not available anymore and asking me if I wanted a refund. To sum up: I made and order online, didn't get anything in return, spent a week trying to get to know something and it turns out I'll never get what I bought. At this point I can only hope I will at least get refunded quickly.

Sub-level service. AVOID IT

I picked WindyCar only for the convenient price, long story short: you will loose whatever you save in additional fees and time lost in your vacation. The help service is non existing. Our car broke down and it took un a full day to get some help. I would definetly sudgest you all to avoid it at all cost. Trust me go for one of the big ones in the end you will end up spending the same.

5 Stats would be the minimum! Very precise, often great prices and EXTREAMLY good costumer care, I tried prime and I would most definetly keep it if i could afford it.

It's impossible to know what kind of luggage is included

Decent service but the choice of not showing you what kind of luggage is included in your flight while prompting you too buy extra baggages is basically an extortion. About all the rest, very good, i would suggest it.

Buon prezzo, buona fornitura, pessimo servizio

Il pezzo ricevuto corrisponde al 100% a ciò che era proposto ed il prezzo era estremamente conveniente.

Da considerare però che, su un tempo di consegna pubblicizzato di 4/6 giorni lavorativi, c'è invece voluto più di un mese. Durante il quale, inoltre, non ho ricevuto nessun aggiornamento o contatto se non tramite mio diretto sollecito.

Probabilmente lo riuserei per il prezzo e la disponibilità di prodotti ma il servizo lascia molto a desiderare.
