I payed and didn't even receive a confirmation of the order.
I purchased a pair of Clip-On lenses a week a go, at the time of the purchase I didn't receive any order confirmation, I thus contacted the customer service promptly. Afer one week of back and forward with them (and after not hearing anything for two days), today i finally received an order confirmation. Not even three hours later and I receive another email telling me that the item I bought is not available anymore and asking me if I wanted a refund. To sum up: I made and order online, didn't get anything in return, spent a week trying to get to know something and it turns out I'll never get what I bought. At this point I can only hope I will at least get refunded quickly.
