I have been with thinkmoney for yrs now. Before they had the App I’d ring up and nothing was to much trouble for the telephone staff everyone I spoke to was so nice. When the App came my daughter showed me how to use it and it’s so easy to use even for me a disabled 62 yr old 😀 The information on it is so easy to get on to. I would highly recommend this bank. They handle all my money for bills what’s available to spend and it’s such a relief for me and one less thing to worry about. They have never let me down and tbh makes me feel so confident. Wouldn’t dream of changing. Also the app is very secure they look after their customers.

The Delivery Man (wish I could remember his name) handed me my parcel without me having to ask as I’m 61 and disabled. He’s a lovely man so patient and professional. He always has a big smile and a friendly word that’s made my day. He was very respectful and mannerly ( means a lot to me) Thank you to the delivery man very much appreciated.
