The Delivery Man (wish I could remember his name) handed me my parcel without me having to ask as I’m 61 and disabled. He’s a lovely man so patient and professional. He always has a big smile and a friendly word that’s made my day. He was very respectful and mannerly ( means a lot to me) Thank you to the delivery man very much appreciated. You are so lucky your Employees are so good.
