Excellent service from the initial telephone to the visit. I was told I would be phoned beforehand and I was. Johnny reviewed the site, diagnosed the issue, quoted there and then and unblocked the 15 metres of pipe. Used a fibre optic camera to determine the cause of the blockage and will send quote for the additional work we can see is required. Great communication, thorough, efficient and problem solved within a couple of hours. Highly recommend.
