Look at the overwhelming amount of…

Look at the overwhelming amount of negative reviews and understand not to buy this robot.

The support is non existent whether you're in warranty or not. They will reply with generic replies and try to blame you for the faults even though they're very common issues. Eventually they will even just ignore you all together.

My robot had an issue that would require a very inexpensive plastic bracket to be replaced, they refused to fix it and wouldn't even send me the part to do it myself. All they offered was that I buy a new one from them.

The robot itself is pretty stupid as it will run into walls and get itself stuck very easily.

The voice is a nightmare, you get to choose from a little girls voice that will irritate you or a grown woman who sounds like she's from an infomercial. Both really are terrible and destroy the illusion of a cute robot pet.

Save yourself the hassle and headache and spend your money on a toaster and some goggly eyes because it'll make for a better companion than this glorified paper weight.

Had never heard of the site but took a gamble on it as it had Nintendo switch 2 available for pre order when other sites didn't. My switch arrived on time and packaged really well. Very happy with shopto and will check them out again.

Fantastic experience ordering from Northern parrot.
Would highly recommend them over Amazon as you need to be so careful with what your bird is exposed to.
I had originally bought some stainless steel food dishes from Amazon. Its easy to test whether it's really stainless steel by using a magnet. If it attracts to the bowl, then it isn't. These weren't.
Ordered some from Northern parrots and was happy to see the magnet didn't attract. Spend a little extra money with the peace of mind that you bird won't be poisoned.

Took the day off work to wait for my new phone and the delivery driver didn't ring the door.
I have a ring doorbell and I can clearly see at the time they said they tried to deliver that the driver got distracted by one of my neighbours and then forgot to return to my property, resulting in me 'missing' my delivery.
Tried to call DPD who basically told me it's impossible to get it delivered again today as they can't contact their own drivers. Instead they told me to contact Vodafone who are the people they are contacted to.
I called Vodafone and they said they have no direct contact to DPD and there was nothing they can do. Two companies blaming each other as usual with no regard for the customer who is the one suffering.
Now I need to book a second day off work, do I get any compensation from either Vodafone or DPD? No. What's the point of a preorder to get it on release date if they can't even fulfil their promise.
Really unhappy and wish I hadn't picked Vodafone now.

Took the day off work to wait for a parcel and the driver didn't ring the door.

Tried to call them to rearrange for today and apparently that's impossible because they can't talk to their own drivers or leave messages for them to attempt to redeliver. Will be avoiding DPD like the plague from now on as this has cost me two days of work and they have little to no respect for their customers.

Very good experience.

Honestly if you're thinking of getting a bed or mattress, go to a dreams store because they make it so much easier and can help you get a mattress that suits your needs rather than trying to guess online.
They have a machine that basically weighs your body and checks where pressure is placed during sleep and will pick mattresses for you based on YOUR needs rather than having to guess based on reviews.
I highly recommend Bromley store as staff were very helpful and friendly. Joe was a top guy.

Avoid this website like the plague.

I made a purchase on here thinking I was buying a CD key, but what I actually got was a link to a dodgy website where it generated a steam account / password, which I do not want as it's clearly against Steams terms and will get banned.

I asked for a refund and G2A just protect themselves by saying 'its up to the seller to refund' and the seller is a scamming company from gibraltar so there is no chance.

I've filed a police report and reported to paypal, so hoping I can resolve this way, I advice other people who have been scammed on this website to do the same.

Why is it when I contact you via your support center that you tell me you can't help me, but suddenly when it's public you are trying your best to help? Strange huh....................

Worst delivery service I've ever used.

It's just a rebranded 'Hermes' and if you look at Hermes rating it's appalling. this should be enough of a reason to avoid this 'company'.

I booked a package to be collected on a Tuesday, the driver 'Temple' turned up on the Monday asking for it. When I told him it wasn't ready to be sent he just marked it as unable to collect package and didn't even tell me. I waited around all day on Tuesday and he didn't show. I told the guy 3 times that he'd got the wrong day. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

My experience with Veed.io + customer support (Sarah, thank you!)

I have to say that I was sceptical with using this service as I had some lag issues in the beginning that was almost unbearable, but they seem to have almost entirely cleared up.

I use the site strictly for subtitles, as I edit in Premiere Pro, so I can only speak from my experience around this.

The auto subtitle feature is 'mostly' accurate, there are a few wrong words, grammatical errors, or timing issues, but mostly it's the best I've used on various programs I've tried.

Where the site really shines in my opinion though is with its customer support.
Today I had an issue that I needed to upgrade my account to the 'Pro' edition so that I could export a 30 minute video as the basic is limited to under 25 minutes... there was a hiccup in the system and they were unable to upgrade it until Monday. This would have been fine, except I have a deadline for Sunday, and this is also where most companies would say good day and you'd be stuck.
I had help from 'Sarah' where we came up with the plan to downgrade the account back to its original tier, and they would send me the SRT file once I had done fixing the subtitles. They had also offered to add the subtitles and send the file which was super nice of them.
So huge thank you to Sarah for their help today and I'd recommend Veed if you need an easy solution to subtitling long videos.
