My original crossbow was a steambow

My original crossbow was a steambow, yet I bought through YouTube as loved the guys videos and had good relationship until my bow snapped. Then I was ignored for almost a fortnight when I went to steambow looking to buy new part. Then instead I've had a year of contact and my fault was fixed free. I love my stinger, have bought extras and upgraded and don't plan to leave as the customer service has been wonderful.

Steambow has been amazing since my…

Steambow has been amazing since my stinger was broken by an angry female trying to hurt me. Though I had bought my original stinger from gogun.De when I was trying to contact them, the UK version plus any other number for a whole week yet was ignored. Then I emailed you. I was treated so well, I was helped without cost. I was never left wondering and I made a great relationship with the two gents I spoke with over the last year plus. I now spend my money with steambow itself and love my stinger with stronger arm. Thank you Steambow

Bought two

Bought two, over a year ago, they were strong sturdy and great at their job, after 8 months the second ones threads kept slipping and just wouldn't tighten, but the first is still doing its job perfectly.

I spent 75 pounds with frugo

I spent 75 pounds with frugo. They took my money, when received an email saying delivered I checked all neighbours. Then frugo won't even talk to me. Spent 2 hours going from company to company to department in china. When I emailed quite peeved that as they took my money I want them to deal with this. I am being ignored. I spend a lot online yet never been in this position before. What can I do?
