I spent 75 pounds with frugo

I spent 75 pounds with frugo. They took my money, when received an email saying delivered I checked all neighbours. Then frugo won't even talk to me. Spent 2 hours going from company to company to department in china. When I emailed quite peeved that as they took my money I want them to deal with this. I am being ignored. I spend a lot online yet never been in this position before. What can I do?
