The shipping department is a joke

The shipping department is a joke. I have placed several orders over the last several months and 90% of them have had some sort of issue where I have had to call in only to get excuses, the occasional shipping refund, etc. It's the holidays now so they get to use that as their new excuse. I called on 10/1 because the credit code I was given didn't work. I had to place my order through the rep who assured me since it was still several hours before their cutoff time my order would go out that day. It's now Monday the 4th and it JUST went out. I will not be purchasing through them again. I've had enough!

We work hard to make improvements where we can.

As of 2024, Orders received before 2 pm CT Monday-Friday, excluding holidays, will be processed the same day. Any order received after 2:00 pm CT are processed the following business day.
Unfortunately, during special promotions, orders may sometimes be delayed, however, we do our best to communicate this to customers if there ever is an issue.

Paid for expedited shipping they took their time sending it out

Paid for expedited shipping. When I didn't receive a tracking number I called them. They hadn't even started processing the order. Later that evening I get an email from USPS that a tracking number has been generated but the item has not been picked up by USPS. So now I'm looking at day #3 before it even ships. Expedited shipping? B.S. I knew it wouldn't go out Monday because it was past their 2pm cut off or whenever it is. I at least expected it to go out on Tuesday, but nope, looking at Wednesday before it even ships, if I'm lucky. Will not be giving them any referrals much less any return business! Owner / Manager needs to start holding employees accountable.

Worst experience ever selling a car

Was quoted a purchase price for my car, but since I had just paid it off and had not received a title yet, apparently it put a kink in things. I spent HOURS in the text chat and over 2 hours in hold times across 3 calls. One of those was to a supervisor who was actually the only person I spoke to that DID have an attitude. I live in Arizona and our state has not had paper titles for over 2 years. I had a title summary showing a clear title notarized directly from DMV, but they still wanted a paper title. In 2021 where car vending machines exist, they couldn't handle this one simple service. So after a second trip to the DMV to verify I could not get a paper title from them I went home and checked with Carmax. I got 2k more for my car and no nonsense. Was a longer wait than I expected there, but totally worth not having to deal with carvana
