A great company, BUT the app….

A great company, but….
Tried to use the Trustpilot App on Iphone ProMax - after initial successful log in, in the attempted to log in back it was asking and resending me new emails links which were ‘expired’ immediately after receiving….. uninstalled, used the website and it was fine. What is the purpose in the App if it doesn’t work and needs new links every time you want to use it?

Great products and customer service

Bought Wasp Nest powder for a large wasps’ nest inside the stone wall in our conservatory. Beforehand a lovely lady at the phone gave me a good advice, and, exactly as she said, we needed a couple late evening treatments (very small hole to the entrance and a large colony), all worked, no more wasps’ activity!!!!

We are delighted – and saved a lot of money!
Delivery was the next day!
Thank you very much!

After this we bought Insect Traps and Moth Killer Spray. Very happy with the products and the customer service dealing with delivery who didn’t find us in the countryside at the first attempt, but all arrived safely!
Thank you again!

Will buy again from this company

The parcel still didn’t come

The parcel still didn’t come, three days after it was first scheduled.

First attempt – I was at the door at the time when the DX driver pretended he came - the driver stated on tracking that he left the card for homeowner (he didn’t)
I rescheduled to the next day, marked to Leave in the outbuilding. I specifically asked for this although I was at home - no more excuse for delivery driver to pretend. Nothing.

Now looking on tracking it still said that the estimated delivery is on 8.08.3025…. …yesterday ….?!
No communication

Excellent packaging (by Pietro) of the…

Excellent packaging (by Pietro the packager - we found his card inside) of the picture we bought at the auction - it came in perfect condition, even for the the glass there was a special protective film, the frame was very cleverly packed with soft wrapping and foam, plus it was in a very thick cardboard all around - it was so well protected. Compare with professional carriers for the works of art it was almost as good as a specially build crate.

Not doing what they promised,

Not doing what they promised,
apparently today they are pretending that they contacted institution for confirmation of Degree (I provided both Registry Department’s email and Registry phone number at Notrexon’s request) and didn’t do it.
I need urgently just Electronic Apostille on Diploma Transcript, and the Registry in fact answers emails immediately. A huge shame on such “solicitors” being so confused and economical with the truth.
I paid in advance £155, they promised to contact me if there is a delay from Institution but…. a week later they now say there is no answer from the Institution …
Avoid.

We did attempt to chase the Registry Department daily which did help speed up matters. I was disappointed, but customer service was excellent

The answer to my complaints was just in two days, the bulbs will be complimentary sent in September, the voucher has been given for the plant with Farmer Gracy’s misleading description on the website, and they even promised to revise their description.
Although I don’t mind the voucher as now I am going to order from them again, but in this particular case I feel they should’ve return the money in full, therefore 4****

I am a little bit disappointed that the description of the plant (£7.90 each) is heavily misleading. The Farmer Gracy promised a fantasic chocolate scent for ‘Flamingo’ Cosmos but in fact the specimen they supplied appeared to be completely scentless… ….

I bought it for SCENT specifically for my husband. There are more prolific flowering similar looking dahlias if I wanted just pink flowers.

“soft pink blooms and the scent of chocolate. It’s this amazing scent that gave Cosmos atrosanguineus 'Flamingo' the name pink Chocolate Plant”

…And it has appeared to be a lie ….

My other Chocolate Cosmos (from a humble Wilko (!) in the pot next to it has a wonderful scent - how it should be.
Also some Farmer Gracy alliums bulbs were not what I was buying, Ipheon two varieties didn’t have any success neither in the the garden, nor in the pots (and I am quite an experienced gardener). Oriental poppies roots were of very varied sizes, even a kind replacement by FG for a very small one still came as baby small - only one Pink Perfection out of four is flowering the first year….

P. S. The Farmer Gracy’s website is outstanding 5 ***** and the packaging 5***** This is why I was tempted to buy from them! Very clear (hope true) descriptions for suitability.
Hardy geraniums Ivan and Anne Thompson, Echinacea Fatal Attraction, alliums Globemaster, Summer Drummer, Cristophii, Chameleon were outstanding. So I have a mixed feeling.

Nightmare

Nightmare - still not able to receive the passport by TNT.
The driver apparently didn’t even go inside the yard, but marked on TNT website that the owners are “not home” (he put the photo of the house - just from the road - in fact didn’t even try to ring the bell).
We tried to rearrange, the new delivery date 17.05 was marked on TNT website tracking option. Put on that day the signs up that “we are at home” - but no TNT delivery came… Despite it has “Arrived at Delivery Station” early morning that and the previous day…
Rearranging again and just ‘hope’ because really don’t know what to do as there is ZERO customer support.
Lost a lot of time.

How on Earth the Passport services obliged us the customers to use that unprofessional, badly set up and run company?

I suspect that the balance of the…

I suspect that the balance of the EXroid reviews is orchestrated (it is notable that all 5 star reviews are marked as ‘invited’ while all 1star reviews are not) as after I honestly told Exroid how it went 5 weeks after procedure, they (not surprisingly) didn’t send me their invitation link to review. I was in agonising pain while receiving the procedure. Similar to childbirth or really bad period. The consultant tried lidocaine jelly which didn’t make much difference at all. The procedure didn’t improve much my 4 hems 3rd grade, they became swollen and a bit prolapsed on a way home, but it temporary stopped bleedings after BM. Then all came back. It is a lie that eXroid let you talk to your consultant about a month after - it was Exroid’s founder, then the administrator ringing me, lobbying for a good review. I wanted to know why they knowingly* put people through such a pain - no animals would be allowed to suffer this way it in this country, rightly. Especially when you pay £995 upfront and don’t want to waste your money… and still hope…. that it might work despite the agony you are through.


* (the eXroid administrator admitted it, and we even discussed which of their consultants offers a proper pain relief, at the time she was talking about one in London)

We are sorry we have not been able to make contact with you to help identify and understand your specific treatment outcome. Regarding pain during the procedure, the treatment itself is usually uncomfortable but not painful and can be adjusted to the individuals' comfort levels if needed. This is due to the treatment being done above the dentate line - where there are fewer nerve endings. The most important thing is the wellbeing of our patients and if the treatment cannot be tolerated, for example due to other issues also present (such as fissures, which are extremely painful), the treatment would not be carried out.

I am very happy! Bought Apple iPhone 8 Plus New Genuine Screen (Black) - Refurbished. Was promptly delivered and well packed. Gave it to install to a local repair chap for £30. A new genuine iphone again!!
