Their reviews are always in constrast to the user reviews. They are giving excelent score to terrible games because the companies are paying for them.

Giving mixed or negative reviews to the best products while giving perfect scores to products full of negative user ratings. Their continious conflicting opinion with user ratings, especially when it comes to big companies, makes me believe they are paid to review.

4++ hours delay for a 55' flight.
They gave us 5€ vouchers (basically 1 cold coffee) 🤣🤣

It was said that the plane has issues. We started boarding and then took us out again due to more issues with 'the plane's cabin'.
Now they are refusing to refund the expenses!

Their sales people are straight up lying to sell their services.

I was told the personal deductible in case of damage is X amount. They forced me to pay Y.

Next year, I tried to cancel my subscription and they tricked me by saying that the policy changes and now you'll never have to pay more than X amount.

Another problem appeared and they asked Y amount again...

Trick me once, shame on you. Trick me twice, shame on me.

Delivery estimation before paying 1-3 days. Delivery estimation after paying 10-20 days. 20 days later and still hasn't been shipped! They are not responding in emails or phone calls!
Stay away!

Edit no2: They picked up the phone and basically said that they understand the inconvenience of wrong estimations but they are not willing to update them in any way. The only thing they could offer me was a refund, so that's 20 days of waiting for nothing.

Scammers - their premium healthcare covers everything except the thing that happened to you!

Close to scam. Avoid at all cost.

We received on the day of our flight multiple messages about change in the flight schedule before finally receiving a message about flight cancellation.

The company’s customer support was exceptional rude and tried to blame shift and avoid any responsibility with zero transparency and a lot of missinformation.

Received item in time, no problems whatsoever

I've ordered a doormat ~230kr and a patafix stickers ~30kr.
I was informed that the doormat will be delayed and thus I will be refunded. Initially, I thought this was a bad idea because I paid the shipping for the whole order.
In the end, to my surprise I received both items.

I do appreciate the turn of events though I would still prefer paying the full price and had more clear insight of how the order was to be handled.

Overall, great services.

I recomend.
