4++ hours delay for a 55' flight.

4++ hours delay for a 55' flight.
They gave us 5€ vouchers (basically 1 cold coffee) 🤣🤣
No Volotea employees on site.
It was said that the plane has issues. We started boarding and then took us out again due to more issues with 'the plane's cabin'.
Now they are refusing to refund the expenses!
