Care, Communication, Kindness

I have been very privileged to have Lindsay and Joseph supporting me on a very difficult journey for the past few years. I have found them both to be nothing but extremely professional with untold knowledge and expertise in there field. Communication is often it's also very clear and concise, they take the time to make sure that I understand everything and that I'm involved in the decisions that will affect me. I have never had to chase for an answer, they are always the first ones to call or email. I feel extremely safe in their hands I feel extremely heard, they make me feel valued as an individual. At times I certainly felt that is process is making me go insane but they have been there every single step of the way and they have never dropped the ball. They recently did a home visit, and I couldn't have been more comfortable in welcoming them both into my home, when they left my partner said you are extremely lucky to not only have such expertise representing you, but the fact that they do it with care and kindness is incredible. No matter what the outcome is of our journey together I know that it would have been done with honesty and integrity. I appreciate you both.

Communication no empathy no understanding and no commitment promises

You arrange a gas service and they don't turn up we re-book you don't turn up we re-book you don't turn up then you threaten somebody with an injunction. I would love to see this injunction and how it would turn out and we have evidence of being in the property on free occasions and you're not turning up. Be kind if he was to give some thought on how your threatened actions may affect one's mental health.

Poor start fantastic ending

I felt it very imperative that I write in today and let you know the experience that I have with phoenix gas services.

We have been let down in the past numerous times which has affected my sons mental health as he has adhd and Asperger's, being told that you are coming and don't attend does not bode well on those that have to plan for your attendance, especially then to be threatened with an injunction by emh housing.

We had an appointment today for after 10am on Wednesday the 7th of may because we had very little faith that you would attend myself and my mother sat in the car park from 10 o'clock it got to 11:30 and there was no sign of an engineer.

I placed a call into your service department and was lucky enough to be greeted by a very kind and pleasant lady called Gemma, I explained my frustrations I have had previously and could you confirm that an engineer was on their way. Gemma did her diligence and then called me back.

It wasn't good news the engineer that was due to attend had phoned in sick and we had not been told , however Gemma had made contact with a number of other engineers that were local and managed to secure a new appointment for 2:30 that day.

She kept me updated in terms of time and who would be attending which either was then able to relay back to my son to put him at ease. Gemma told me that the attending technician would call half an hour before arriving and would call me when he was at the property.

The attending technician was a chap called jay he was so polite he was so helpful, he was so understanding and he did in fact call me 25 minutes prior to arriving which gave me enough time to warn my son and then he called me when he was out to say that he was here.

I've just called jay as I wanted to make sure that everything was okay and no messages needed to be relayed back to me because my son would surely forget and he again omitted kindness and patience understanding and a huge amount of empathy for my situation and showed nothing but genuine kindness.

Jay and Gemma surely turned this experience around for me and my son, they are both a wonderful credit to your business and I really felt that I needed to take the time out to celebrate them both and I hope that you can pass this on to them and celebrate them as well.

How do I get my deposit back from cloud accommodation tudor road Leicester urgently.

I've been in contact with Jason but no luck

He has had 10 emails from me and responded so he knows who this is.

I just want my deposit back

What governing body do I go to to complain

Jason the accommodation manager is reaching out again to all students who have not yet actioned their deposit return. Please contact Jason so he can look into your issue specifically.

Maxine Beckett - Imperative Support

Maxine Beckett - is who has made my experience bearable. I never knew just how much i needed someone with her kindness, patience and unwavering on hand support. Maxine is one of the kindest and understanding ladies i have ever met. I have received support in terms of being listened to and heard, constant and clear communication, support with OT and aids for the home and offered a medication review. Maxine and the team at Irwin Michelle are the first team that have made me feel heard and valid in my thoughts. This branch of support that Maxine has provided is what has kept me going, i really don't think i could do this without her. Thank you so much for your kindness, it goes along way.

Lovely experience today with Paul…

Lovely experience today with Paul Obyrne.

Great customer service, super helpful and friendly.

Had to leave Paymentshield after 5 yearsr as needs changed and they didn't do landlords insurance with a homeprotect policy included. Sad to leave as you have been fantastic to deal with.
